What is PPL?
Phonographic Performance Limited licenses recorded music played in public places. Music makers are then entitled to claim their share of this large sum of royalties. Much is unclaimed.
How does it work?
Musicians must prove they played on a recording and make their claim. Musicians mostly prefer to make music, rather than follow boring paper trails and that’s where we come in.
